This is the VMS Racing antenna adapter for GM trucks. If you have a VMS antenna and you did not get one with the GM adapter this is the adapter you need to be able to install kit. This adapter will convert your GM antenna stud from M7x1.0 to the VMS antenna size of M6x1.0.
