Warranty/Returns

VMS Racing/True Spike warrants its parts to the original purchaser against defects of materials and workmanship for a period of one year, except for electrical parts which have a 90 day warranty.

Individual products that are suspected of defects must be returned prepaid and adequately packaged and insured to VMS Racing/True Spike, 7775 NW 66th St, Miami, Florida 33166. If the parts are found to be defective, they will be replaced free of charge. Any warranty return must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This is the only warranty on VMS Racing/True Spike products and no other express warranty will be binding on the manufacturer.

Discoloration of anodized parts and/or corrosion of parts due to neglect, adverse weather or chemicals is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any item that has been damaged, mutilated, altered, misused, abused or forcibly removed. True Spike locking lug nuts are not guaranteed to be theft proof, each set does not have a unique code. 

Remedies Exclusive: VMS Racing/True Spike liability shall be limited exclusively to repairing or replacing parts under the conditions as aforementioned, and in no event will VMS Racing/True Spike be liable for consequential damages.

This warranty is expressively in place of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The True Spike lug nut customer must verify with the vehicle manufacturer and wheel manufacturer the correct fastener thread size, length and shape of seat (cone, radius, flat seat, shank, ball seat etc...) before installing lug nuts. Use of the wrong size or type of lug nuts will damage the receiving threads and may cause failure or loss of the wheel which may result in serious injury.
